Lindy Bop aim to do everything possible to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm GMT Monday-Friday on the same day (2pm for next day deliveries), however at peak times this is not always possible so please allow 1-2 working days for dispatch when ordering. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or on UK national holidays. Please read below for more information about each of our delivery services.
STANDARD TRACKED UK DELIVERY
This service £3 for all UK orders and FREE for orders over £85. Standard delivery orders should arrive in 3-5 working days and are typically dispatched via Hermes courier. Unfortunately we're not able to guarantee delivery times and depending on the delivery service it can take up to 15 working days for items to be delivered.
GUARANTEED NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY
We offer a next working day delivery service for which we charge £8. Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day. Orders are dispatched via UK Mail courier; orders placed before 2pm GMT on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday and orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Please note that this service is not available to selected postcodes:
AB31-38, AB41-56, EI, FK17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE.
In addition to the above postcodes where this service cannot be ordered, certain non-mainland UK locations where the service can be ordered may incur delivery delays.
If you selected a guaranteed next working day delivery service and your order was not delivered within the promised timescale, please contact our customer services team who will be happy to assist.
International delivery usually costs £8.99 and depending on where you are located; orders are typically dispatched via OCS Worldwide and will be delivered in approximately 5-10 working days.
Items posted to countries outside of the EU may have customs charges that are the buyers responsibility to pay. Please note that if you place multiple orders to the same destination, we may have to consolidate these into one shipment. Customs charges vary from country to country, contact your customs office for more information.
CHANGING YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS
You can specify a delivery address of your choice when placing your order. If you need to change this, please contact us as soon as possible once your order is placed. If your order has already been picked and packed, unfortunately we will be unable to change the delivery address.
Please note that any orders sent back to us by the delivery company due to an incorrect delivery address being specified by the customer, or the customer failing to collect from the delivery company after a missed delivery, will be automatically refunded less a £4 charge to cover the cost of the order being sent back to us.
