All sizes are UK sizes, if in doubt please check the approximate measurements for the item.
All items are new and unworn unless otherwise stated.
Items are posted on every weekday excluding bank holidays. If you pay before noon your order will be posted that day. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but 99% of items sent to UK addresses should arrive within 2 or 3 working days. Unfortunately we cannot allow buyers to collect items from us.
We cannot guarantee that all items purchased with guaranteed next day delivery on a Friday will arrive on the following day. Sometimes the Royal Mail delivers these on the Monday but often they are delivered on the Saturday.
Items posted to countries outside of the EU may have customs charges that are the buyers responsibility to pay. These charges vary from country to country, contact your customs office for more information.
Returns / exchanges for retail customers.
If you would like to return your item, please complete the returns form you will have recieved with it.
If you would like an exchange, just put on the form the item and size you would like.
Items must be sent back within seven days of receipt. Items returned should be in the original packaging with the labels still attached.
IMPORTANT: When trying on clothing, ensure you take reasonable care. Garment tags and packaging (if any) should also be included along with any other accessories included with the item (belts etc). If not included, or sent back damaged, the return will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to the buyer.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using an insured and recorded service.
Please allow 5 working days from when we recieve the item to process the return. Many returns will be processed the day they arrive or the day after however.
We will refund you the cost of the item including the initial postage cost (if standard postage is chosen). The return postage cost must be paid by the customer whether the item is being sent back for a refund or an exchange unless the item is faulty.
For returns from outside of the EU the customer must clearly mark the parcel as a return. If you do not do this and customs fees are requested from us the return will not be accepted.
In the event of an exchange, no additional postage for the replacement item will be payable for UK customers.
