#LindyDesign Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter of this competition is Melza Ltd T/A Lindy Bop, 3D Basil Chambers, 65 High Street, Manchester, M4 1FS, United Kingdom. Registered in England.

  2. Each entrant taking part in this competition shall be referred to as a Participant. Participants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition. The competition is only open to those aged 18 years or above. Employees of the Promoters, their associated companies, their agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  3. Participants must send entries via email to: One entry per participant.

  4. Entries may be submitted via email between 1st August and midnight (GMT) on 31st August 2017 (the Competition Period). Late entries will not be accepted and the Promoters accept no responsibility for entries which are lost or corrupted during transmission.

  5. Entries must be the participants’ original design. Any entries that are deemed inauthentic will be disregarded.

  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

  7. The winner will be selected by the design team at Lindy Bop. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  8. The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner.

  9. The design that gains first place will be put into production to be available for purchase on site in Spring/Summer 2018. First to third place will receive a voucher to be redeemed on any one of the four existing Lindy Bop websites including,, and This voucher has no monetary value and cannot be resold.

  10. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

  11. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be used for promotional and business purposes, subject to the Promoter's privacy policy.

  12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
