Lindy Bop aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1pm GMT Monday-Friday should normally be dispatched on the same day.
However, at peak times such as sale periods, this is not always possible for orders on our Standard Delivery service, so please allow 1-2 working days for your parcel to be dispatched. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or on UK national holidays.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Please note no parcels are dispatched on weekends, so orders with next day delivery placed after 4 pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.
Next day delivery is not available to selected postcodes:
AB31-38, AB41-56, EI, FK17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE.
In addition to the above postcodes where this service cannot be ordered, certain non-mainland UK locations where the service can be ordered may incur delivery delays.
If you selected a Next Day Delivery service and your order was not delivered within the promised timescale, please contact our customer services team who will be happy to assist.
For Standard Delivery, please note a parcel cannot be considered late until 15 working days have passed, but this is very rare.
International Delivery cost varies by location but is never more than £12. Orders are typically dispatched via OCS Worldwide and will be delivered in approximately 5-10 working days.
Items posted to countries outside of the EU may have customs charges and/or duty applied by your local authority. Please note these are outside of Lindy Bop's control, and any associated custom fees or charges are the recipient's responsibility to pay.
Please note that if you place multiple orders to the same destination, we may have to consolidate these into one shipment. Customs charges vary from country to country, contact your customs office for more information.
